Management representative on a working party that successfully implemented a flexible shift working system with considerable savings in terms of operational efficiency and costs.
Successfully managed the merger of two sales forces into one with minimal disruption to both the clients and the sales teams; managed the loss of staff during this period and ensured that the losses were less than 10%, whilst overall sales increased by 20% on the previous year.
Restructured the sales force within the organisation and appointed key account managers for the major clients to ensure that clients received a consistent level of service and one clear point of contact for all their needs. In the following year, sales to major accounts increased by 12.5% on previous years.
Lead the Nigerian Delegation to the 63rd World Assembly of Youth Congress in Windhoek, Namibia, Nigeria was elected to the office of the Vice President of the Assembly.
Designed, proposed and spear headed the creation of Youth wings under our political parties which was not captured under the 1999 constitution. The parties subsequently adopted the process by encouraging their state governments to pass the National Youth Policy.
Organised and hosted the first All Nigerian Political parties youth leaders summit towards the smooth conduct of 2007 general election. Negotiated local agreements with youth organisations to provide electoral services within the country.
Directed and organised the Youth Mobilization and Development policies of Bauchi State through the re-structuring its mechanisms and programs. Ensured the seamless transition of a non productive Youth population to being active and vibrant stake-holders contributing its quota to the development of the state.

2015 Organizer Generational Leadership Initiative
Organize the First Inaugral lecture for the Generational Leadership Awareness Initiative, where important issues bothering on security, democracy and the well being of the people of Bauchi State, Northern Nigeria and the Country where discussed and important decisions reached among which is the decision to back General Muhammadu Buhari in the 2015 General Elections.
2015 Electoral Committee Chair PDP
Chaired the People’s Democratic Parties Electoral Committee for the 2014 Sokoto State Congress, the Ekiti State Assembly Primaries and the 2015 Sokoto State National Assembly Primaries.
2014 Election Observer African Union
The African Union Election Observation Mission to the 2014 and 2015 South African and Ethiopian General Elections and my participation has attracted good commendations by the South African Election Observation Head of Mission former President John Kuffor of Ghana.
2012 Chairman ELECO Fed. Min. Youth Development
Chaired the electoral committee that conducted the 2013 National Youth Council of Nigeria’s Congress which took place at Makurdi Benue State of Nigeria. The Congress was adjudged to be successful having all the aspirants agreeing to participate for the first time and also the total disregard of successive Governments towards Youth Development programmes.

Managed the cordial relationship between the Government and various communities towards the delivery of Government policies and programmes vis-a-vis the formation an organized working community networks across the state.
This approach helped in broadening and accelerating the acceptability of the Government of the day through Human Capital Empowerment.
