RE: Project Controls Specialist (Cost, Planning and Estimating)

It is a pleasure to introduce myself to your company and to apply for Project Controls Specialists or Planning/Cost/Estimating positions I am a senior resource in the Oil & Gas, Mining, Metals, Power and Processing Industries covering Engineering, Procurement and Construction Services (EPC or EPCM), I offer an experienced and structured approach that defines the use of `best practices` in an Industry and on a global basis.

I have also achieved several goals to meeting the team objectives on many leading Canadian, UK, and Australian & Africa/Saudi Arabia Projects. I remain passionate, creative and supportive when it comes to delivering to any large/medium capital (greenfield) or upgrade (brownfield) project with its ultimate schedule, cost, safety and risk management goals.

My approach is very basic using the KISS principles, learnings or key performance indices (kpi) for stated industry and will deliver through the team concept a realistic set of documents which will support the project goals.

I have also designed and constructed a custom home a 5000 sq.ft on 2 acres of prime land in Alberta, Canada.
