8 years in CNC Machining (4 years in Supervisor/leadman role)

Proficient in the setup, operating, editing, and trouble shooting of various CNC machines

Seasoned in the reading, interpreting, and editing of Fanuc and Haas controls. Some experience with Mitsubishi controls

Experience with machining many types of plastics and metals, which include, but not limited to; Nylon, Teflon, Acrylic, 316 Stainless Steel, 17-4 Stainless Steel, Nitronic, Beryllium, Brass, Copper, etc

Excellent in reading prints and understanding geometric dimensions and tolerances

Ability to program CNC Mill and CNC Lathe machines using G-Zero software

Very knowledgeable of measuring tools which include, but are not limited to; calipers, micrometers, depth micrometers, blade micrometers, bore gages, pins, blocks, height gauges, thread gauges, and the use of a gagemaker

Experience with many types of threads, which include, but not limited to; UN, ACME, STUB ACME, API, and special threads

Ability to run a manual lathe and manual mill

Certified to program, operate, and rebuild a Flo waterjet ork Experience:
