Extensive experience with medium voltage power standards and applications to the system in cost and reliability. Developed strengths and loadings to meet National Safety Codes and IEEE lightning guides. Lead teams in developing standard cross functionally with designers and field construction, also embracing safety. Part of merger teams in 3 different utility mergers. Also merged lighting standards developing specifications for materials and structures to adequately meet design, safety and reliability via teamwork also with supply chain vendors and manufacturers.
