Machine Line Operator

I worked as a Blow Mold Line Operator

Oversaw and in charge of my own line and did maintenance on any machine or part that needed adjusting or repair

Worked on large mold wheels, fixing issues inside the mold, outside, and in/around the wheel

Adjusted air and material flow accordingly

Removed/Fixed pins and injectors and replaced

Helped to train and oversee new workers on different machines

Assisted with Quality Control checking and monitoring production

Used programs such as Microsoft Access to take measurements with micrometers for dimensions and scales for weights

Labeled finished product and took count of hourly production
