1)Tongue Driven Wheelchair

Team size: 3

Description: This project enabled independence for disabled people. It is based on Hall Effect. It uses

Magnet and Hall Effect Sensor to detect the direction where the chair is to be moved. The direction info is given to the controller IC which moves the motor of the wheelchair.

Roles and Responsibilities: hardware assembly, coding, team leader.

2)Ultrasonic range detector

Team size: 3

Description: This project uses ultrasonic frequencies to detect short range distances. It is

microcontroller based project, ultrasound module is attached to port of controller.

Its software us made using keil uV4. It is applicable in car parking system and other

short range distance application.

Responsibilities: Coding, hardware assembly and presenting.

Training synopsis: Aftech is software development and embedded hardware manufacturing company. Its products are face-recognition machine, electronic ticket issuing/piggy machine, biometric machine.
