Sonatrach decided to construct a gas compression & reinfusion station at ZCINA - HassiMessaoud north.

This station will include:

Compression trains.

A service system including: (lift gas system, sale gas and gas reinjection)

the required utilities

GAS SUPPLY

This new installation is designed to compress a gas flow rate of 24Millions Sm3/d, with a molecular weight of (18, 5. MW. 25) Kg / Kmol with the following conception:

b)KOC Petrochemicals Project– PDP, 143997, Kuwait Oil Company chemical Company LP, Kuwait

The Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) has a long term strategy for the development of the North Kuwait (NK) fields. It is planned to increase oil production to 1 MMBOPD by the year 2016 / 2017 and keep the production at this plateau rate for at least 11 years. The present NK wet crude capacity is around 760 MBOPD and new plant is required to meet this new planned target.

To increase the crude capacity to meet this target, water will be injected into the reservoirs to enhance the oil production. To cope with the increased oil production together will the associated water production, New Gathering Centers are required to be built, servicing the NK fields and capable of producing up to 240 MBOPD of crude oil from the facilities.

The Project scope of CONTRACTOR covers the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of New Gathering Centre (GC-31) & off-site works for New Gathering Centres (GC-29, GC-30 & GC-31) in North Kuwait

Quality Checking for the Drafted Soft Copy P & ID & also try to solve all inconsistency as per the Process Engineer Comments.

As a Smart plant designer, My Responsible for soft QC, HQC correction. Extracting and checking the Line Designation Tables, Valve list, Instrument list & Equipment List, Online Quality Checking of P&IDs using Engineering Data Editor Resolve technical problems and maintained project status. and Extracted the LDT as per project requirements, resolving the Inconsistencies of P&ID's.

In this Refinery Project, SHAW has reached a fixed lump sum agreement with Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP (CPCHEM) to provide a Process Design Package (PDP) for a 1,500 KTA capacity Ethylene Unit (EU-1594) to be located in the United States Gulf Coast region.

The SHAW Offsite, Environmental & Utilities section (OE&U) shall be responsible

for all fluid Systems related PDP deliverables for the utilities, offsite and

environmental systems for the new complex as well as integration with the adjacent

existing plant facilities.

The project included drafting of P&IDs using Smart Plant, extracting the Line Designation Tables, Equipment list, valve list, Instrument List &Opc Inconsistency report.
