My job was to attend the morning JSA once on the yard inspect all equipment such as forklifts,manlifts,cherry pickers.I worked on the winch crew our duties are to spool form 50to100 ton winches powered by a hpu a piece of equipment designed by our company that uses hydraulic oil and heavy pressure hoses to power our winches for spooling. I also was certified to operate galion cherry pickers,JLG Manlifts large Taylor forklifts and different other gas powered forklifts.

Accomplishments

My impact on this job was my understanding of the operations and safety guidelines.I was always looking for problems I also found a lot at some times that could have resulted with injury.I made sure everyone had radios and ppe.My work ethnic was great soo I got along with everyone in my time with this job I think I was a good employee

My job as a Blow Mold operator was to operate at a machine where it produces our outside bodies to our coolers.It was a 12 hour shift I had to keep my machine running at all times my job was to cut inspect and paletize all good products.

Accomplishments

My impact was I was always assigned to one particular machine cause I was the best operator on it . I produced more pallets than anybody on the other 3 shifts we had while keeping my non conformance parts down . Skills Used

In this position not too many skills used but the proper wear of all ppe you have to use a knife to cut the plastic bodies apart and then put them on pallets.You have to do a lot of bending and standing for the duration of the 12 hour shift
