Support the LG&E-KY project to help control the recordable rate and the 1600 plus craft works. Build the training program to support the need of fall protection, Confined Space, Gas Monitors and other items that were not in place. Supervised a total staff of 10 day shift safety professionals, two environmental professionals and one trainer working seven days a week. The staff also included three safety professionals on nights working seven days a week.

Develop Safety Team to inspect and support contractors working on 85 mile transmission line, two 69kV distribution lines, three substation, replacement of outdated underground electrical service lines and the build out of rural residential natural gas lines and gas forwarding stations. The gas line projects included projects that required; coffer dams, jack and bore, directional boring, plowing, trenching as well as hydro-vac. The electrical underground was done by directional boring equipment with hydro-vac pot holing operation around utilities.
