Formulated and evolved the Distribution Strategy b/w the network of W/Hs, Hubs and last mile distribution

Managed Warehouse processes spanning I/B (Unloading, Goods receipt, Inspection, putaway), O/B (Pick, Pack, Goods Issue, Dispatch) and Inventory management (Physical Inventory/Cycle Counting, Scrapping, liquidation)

Implemented Deconsolidation and Cross-docking functionalities for onward distribution to other regional hubs

Reviewed cost&space utilization, redesigned layouts, packing stations, activity areas, resources and goods flow
