Duties were keeping the store floor fully stocked and ready for guest, placing items in backroom on proper shelving using a wave, unloading items from delivery trucks and placing them onto pallets then transferred to the store floor or in the backroom, scanning items and location for future retrieval.

I’m a firm believer of taking on new challenges. Being a collection specialist is totally new for me, but I caught on very quickly. I’ve been trained to speak with customers with a polite tone with a hint of urgency. Maintained negotiation skills that will give the customer relieve of knowing that we are trying to work with them and bring their account/accounts to current status. Working in manufacturing/warehouse were also great. I can stand, bend and lift for hours.
