SSE is a UK based Utilities company operating in energy generation, distribution and retail. The CS+S programme is reorganized into 2 separate projects: Meter Transformation (MTP), Domestic Customer (DC), starting June 2012. Accenture's current engagement with SSE involves implementing Oracle suite of products for key retail business functions such as CRM (Siebel eEnergy), MWM (Mobile Workforce Management), OBIEE, MDM (Meter Data Management). Purchase and Finance (NMUK and NMISA) departments produce monthly their own reports to measure the performance of the Purchase department.

The processes and systems involved in generating these figures are inherently different.

The main objective of the Purchase Performance Management (PPM) project is to collect data needed to generate the report for Finance, the report for Purchasing, and a so called reconciliation report. The reconciliation report should be able to explain the differences between Finance and Purchasing reports.

Responsibilities

Developed Interactive Dashboards using Reports with different Views (Drill-Down, guided navigation, Pivot Table, Chart, View Selector, Column Selector, dashboard and page prompts) using Oracle Presentation Services. Worked on Filters for the prompts.

Creating variables and initialization block.

Creating Dashboards and Dashboard prompts.

Developing different brand level reports, filters, and prompts by using web.

Performing the Unit and Integration testing.
