Site Supervisor

USSecurity - Houston, TX - December 2002 to Present My duties included but were not limited to the training and supervising of security officers, the safeguarding of the client site, enforcement of company and client site Rules and Regulations, post orders, site roving patrols both foot and vehicular, report writing, D.A.R., Incident reports, ect., Attended client security meetings on a weekly basis, and formulated a constant reappraisal of site security. Field Supervisor: In my role as a Field Supervisor my duties included but were not limited to site /post inspections, counseling and disciplining of site security officers as appropriate, servicing client site alarms, Emergency response calls from clients and site security personnel, and site visits to assess real or perceived problems concerning security threats or problems with the guard force. Operations Manager: My duties included but were not limited to formulating and amending Post Orders, Regular meetings with clients to provide a frank exchange of information regarding client site security, the utilization of C.P.T.E.P strategies, and site visits to current or perpective client sites to assess or reassess site security.
