1963-1964 Ken Tile Floor Mfg., CA = Main Inspector

1964-1975 Via Teamsters Local Union #692 was hired by Griley Freight Lines, CA. as Driver

Promoted 1965 to Working Forman – Business closed in 1975

1975-1979 Got Real Estate License = Sold all types of property till interest rate hit 22%.

1979-1986 Western Industrial Maintenance, 14503 Garfield Avenue, Paramount, CA. 90723

Hired as a driver, 8 months later was promoted to Superintendent; was a certified Fork Lift

Instructor, trained by National Safety Council, also a CPR Instructor in Modular and

Lecture Methods. Left for better benefits: insurance, days off and higher pay.

Hired as Driver, promoted one (1) year later progressing my way up to Level 6 as Mechanic,

Small Crane Operator, Heavy Equipment Operator for: 988 Caterpillar Front End Loader, John

Deere and Case Back-hoes drove Vacuum Truck, Bottom and End Dumps, Winch Truck, Flat Bed,

Tankers, Skid Steer, Drott Crane and Forklifts.

In 1995 Arco/BP offered enhanced retirement which I took.

1995-2000 Self-employed as General Contractor in California serving Industrial and Residential properties.

2000-2002 Tri-City Behavioral, AZ. Moved from California to Arizona to be with grandchildren;

Hired as Maintenance Technician – Company went bankrupt in 2002.

2002-2008 Guzman Trim, AZ. = Hired as Hardware Installer – promoted in four (4) months

to Superintendent for 23 Home Tracks, many miles apart. Company went bankrupt.

2008 to Bought ranch in Las Vegas, NM in 2008 moved in 4/11/09 = Put in Water System,

Present installed Propane and Solar system, added Septic with leach fields, then built two (2)

buildings. Enjoyed some retirement time then got bored and want to return to

full time employment. Moving back to Apache Junction, looking to buy property &

find full time employment. I have installed electrical devices for over 30 years, and recently completely

wired two homes in lasVegas New Mexico, installed my solar system of 1800 watts with outback inverters

with 24 volt battery backup over 1100 amp hours of storage, and installed my 3 hp deep water well and

wired it correctly just following the instructions.

2009-2015 Operated a D4 Dozer and a Volvo sheep head roller in Las Vegas nm, grading a hill side lot for a home.

Owned a Case 580 back hoe for work on ranch.
