Making sure Janitorial staff was complying with policies and completing work efficient and effectively .

As a Lead Tech I had 5 properties with 5 other technicians all with about 3000 -5000 members. My weekly visit ranged from inspection and repairs and assist In any necessary other need or concern they had. I did all types of repairs and troubleshooting system diagnostics repairs including, plumbing, electrical, Workout equipment, heating and air conditioning services also contact third party vendors and ordered parts. I had reports and E-mail correspondences with facility Director, General managers and district manager to coordinate and or make suggestions for projects that needed to be done in 5 different locations.

As a machine operator I operated skid steers, loaders, backhoe, and forklifts I loaded trailers with refuge of all types and had to meet D.O.T requirements for transport. We also had to conduct daily OSHA training exercises and E.P.A safety tips on contaminants

as an assistant of a 234 unit class A building my daily work consist of compacting garbage, recycling, cleaning both in and outside . I did small repairs in plumbing, electrical and some heating and air conditioning also backups on drainage . Handled residents concerns about their units and or explained there concerns for their understanding to building notes for shutoffs or work that needed to be done.
