Document Control Coordinator responsibilities included ensuring DAC’s document control process was effective by managing current documentation & revisions as needed, including all policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, specifications, & other company documents affecting quality or customer satisfaction as defined in the company’s Document Control Procedure. Responsible for ensuring all documents were reviewed periodically & updated & re-approved if needed. Assisted in the creation & maintenance of Quality Central (a SharePoint site) so that all DAC Employee Owners (EOs) had access to the most current version of controlled documents & quality updates. Created & maintained the Record Master List, training documents in association with the document control system & conducted companywide employee trainings as needed on a regular basis. She has also created companywide processes used in conjunction with DAC ISO 9001 quality control & assisted in all preparation for the annual ISO audit. Ensured that DAC received their certification in 2012 with no non-conformances & passed their 2013 annual audit with no non-conformances.
