Implemented a unique shift schedule to accommodate increased production with the goal of reducing overtime costs and relief for employee’s personal lives. We ended up reducing our overtime costs by $500k.
Created and implemented a training program that trains, tests and certifies production employees in their processes.
Lead 47 fulltime production employees and up to 100 temporary personnel on a daily basis to execute the production schedule.
Led B-52 team to support a failing U.S. government project in one-third the allocated time and raised production rates by over 32% saving the company up to $650k in penalty fees.
Reduced rework by 56% on the V-22 Osprey project. Even after reducing headcount by 45% our high quality standards were maintained and output actually increased by 15%.
