To continue to use the skills that I have obtained through many different positions and businesses that I have been

involved in and to be with a company that I can grow.

-Self employed construction and remodeling. Responsible for estimating, and performing all work. My main

concern is customer satisfaction which lies solely on job completion in a timely manner and to customers wishes.

Self Employed since Sept 2004. I performed all Carpentry, most Electrical and Plumbing and scheduled sub-

contractors for tile, drywall, and more complicated Electrical work needing permits. I currently handle work for 3

Building Maintenance Manager for Treasures on the Bay, North Bay Village building 7525. Responsible for

keeping systems in the 7525 building operational while living in the building. I was a resident for approximately 1-

- 2 yrs. I traded an Apartment for my services which I handled as needed. The building was vacant besides a

handful of maintenance staff.

-Blythe Construction, Superintendant for site work (sewer and water main, storm drainage systems)Oversee crew

performing grading for homesites, roads and underground utilities.

-Choate Construction, Superintendant for construction of a 9000 sq ft Auto Detail Shop and

19,000 sq ft Body Shop. Buildings were tilt panel construction. I was responsible for building

layout, underground site work, and contractor scheduling.

-Secure Installation Service, Charlotte NC, Sub-contractor for Diebold Inc. Install bank equipment such as safes,

ATM’s, teller stations, vacuum tube systems, etc. Responsible for all construction projects, all types of deliveries

and installs, and day to day operations.

-Security Vault Works, Charlotte NC. General Contractor specializing in Bank construction, vault construction and

other bank equipment installation. SVW covered the entire southeastern US. Crew leader on construction and

installations at most jobsites. Had zero call backs to fix or repair equipment that I had installed.

-T&D Transport, Charlotte, NC. Delivery contractor for Sears Logistical Services. Retail delivery and installation

of household appliances and equipment. Handled deliveries for 6 Sears retail stores in a 50 mile radius of Charlotte,

NC. T&D also had 2 straight trucks running “hot freight” for various manufacturing industries.

-Intra-Design Interiors, Miami, Fl. Kitchen and Bath remodeling contractor. Worked for Karl Mokher (owner).

Responsible for demolition and reconstruction of various remodel jobs in and around the Miami area. -Williams

International Inc. Walled Lake Mi. Manufacturer of small gas turbine engines used for auxiliary power units on

aircraft, main engines for target drones and cruise missles and recently moved into the private/corporate jet aircraft

engine market. Had a few different positions from manufacturing shop to manufacturing engineering to

repair/overhaul expediting. Preferred the hands on part of the job. Also participated in the Williams continuing

education program with machine shop training, turbine engine technology and supervisory training.

Having had a wide range of experience performing many different types of jobs over 35 years in the construction

field has provided me with the skills needed to perform tasks properly and efficiently. I am a hands on kind of

person and eager to jump in to get any job done. By paying attention to details and having clear communication it’s

easy to keep customers satisfied. Working with others gives the opportunity to gain knowledge from their

experience which only contributes to the overall customers positive attitude toward the company.

Hobbies;

I enjoy building projects around my home in the Kendall area and have restored some boats also. I am an avid

fisherman and enjoy getting out on the water whenever I get a chance.
