PROJECTS:

B.Tech Final Year Project is “ENERGY SAVING MELTING ND REVERT REDUCTION TECHNOLOGY”.

The goal of the project is to improve the life of the die casting.The optimized die design is to improve the life of the die casting.The life of die casting dies is significantly shorter when the die is exposed to elevated temperature for significant period of time.We reduce the surface temperature to below 1050o F.This can be improved by cooling lines, baffles and bubblers in the die.
