Welding includes Arc, Mig, Tig and Stick. Reading blueprints, and setting up jigs I have used torch and plasma cutting, as well as wire wheel grinding.. I work independently and as a team. Problem solving, and basic repair of welding equipment. I have years of experience on the beam welder. I am skilled on all types of metals and the fabrication of those metals. I have years of experience with several different gas torch processes, various electric arc processes including inert gas shielded ones, or a number of both kinds of processes, experience welding all types of commonly used metals and alloys of various sizes, shapes, and thicknesses, including dissimilar metals such as copper to steel. As well assuring complete penetration when required and complete fusion of base and filler metals; controlling the metals and the welding techniques to prevent distortion or burning of the metals. My job and experience with weld dimension, tolerance, strength, and other requirements, and applying knowledge of a wider range of manual welding processes to make more difficult welds. I weld in all positions including flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead.
