AT&T U-verse is an AT&T brand of triple-play communications services in 22 states. U-verse includes broadband internet, IP telephone, and IPTV services. Shared Services gets UVerse orders from U-Rock and my AT&T Sales Home Solutions and will be unified in OCE system and the customer would receive a unified Billing Account Number. The order orchestration of existing UVerse customers will be designed in UVerse Automation Project.
