This project is related to the data coming from the Supply Chain Management department. Source data is in the format of xml, flat file or SQL tables. The data need to be mapped till the package layer using Informatica mappings. The project is an enhancement of an existing and running project in Informatica 8.6.1.
Responsibility:
* Extensively worked in creating Mappings using Informatica Designer and processing tasks using Workflow Manager to configure data flows from multiple sources (flat files, XML files, Oracle, SQL server) to targets persistent data stores.
* Developed mappings using various transformations like Update strategy, Lookup, Stored procedure, Router, Joiner, Sequence Generator and Expression transformation.
* Tuned mappings and SQL queries for better performance and efficiency.
