Instrumental in the formal and thorough operations training for eleven Programs of Instruction (POI) within the Warrant Officer Military Occupation Skill (MOS) 120A, formally known as the 210A, Construction Engineering Technician Training Programs, as well as the basic and advanced courses.
COURSE CHIEF & TRAINING DEVELOPER (Oct 2010 to June 2012)
Led and developed 12 of course instruction, providing close supervision to six warrant officer instructor writers. Developed 120 weeks of specialized courseware for individualized focus on construction management and techniques, also provided education as the Senior Instructor within the post graduate-level institution.
Educated student officers on the total construction concept with various studies ranging from preconstruction planning and funding through commissioning and project turnover.
Acted a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for $2.5M contract, producing 26 weeks of courseware, while resourcing new course that utilized no cost equipment and supplies from within available government resources.
Conceptualized and created new senior warrant officer course, cultivating optimal development of future leaders in the field.
Initiated first One Army School (OAS), whereas Active, Reserve and National Guard officers train together through the course towards becoming engineer warrant officers.

Doubled and accelerated studies within coursework for more concise and in-depth preparation of performance duties for construction project managers.

PRIME POWER DETACHMENT COMMANDER PROJECT LEAD (Sep 2003 to Nov 2007
Established and published the selection criteria for contingency contractor and requirements, establishing approval processes for subsequent contractors, also served as a selection board member, representing The US Army Corps of Engineers for general construction contract vetting and awarding.
Successfully deployed and redeployed 32-member unit to combat theater on three separate occasions, responsible for oversight of 245 Mw of power generation and distribution, associated with contracts valued at $500M+ per annum.
Directed base camp master planning and spearheaded the design build of medium voltage electrical grid and utility corridor for five permanent enduring bases, supporting 175K+ coalition forces, while supporting 120K+ personnel.
Instrumental in the oversight and maintenance of over $15.2M of power generation and distribution equipment.
Designed and directed the installation of electrical generators for backup power, allowing EMS teams, hospitals, fire stations and police to continue performance their duties during disaster type scenarios.
Deployed unit support for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Corps of Engineers (COE) during national disaster crisis, restoring electrical services, as well as fresh water and waste water services, to the civilian population.
FACILITY ENGINEER FOR COMBAT SUPPORT HOSPITAL (May 2000 to August 2003)
Designed and developed the utility plan for all deployed Medical Command (MEDCOM) hospitals; design later incorporated into medical training doctrine. Charged with base camp master planning for 30+ acre, level 4 care military hospital.
