•Assisted in creating one of the first independent convention service departments in the country with staff of six to handle all up-sell functions and all meeting planning for over 700 functions per year
•Managed food & beverage and front desk/reservation functions
•Coordinated yearly Judicial Conference of 2nd Circuit attended by many high level dignitaries including Justice Thurgood Marshall, Chief Justice Warren Burger and Vice President Mondale Group Sales Manager
•Over three years, provided support for staff of eight AT&T employees overseeing the break-up of the original AT&T. Managed live TV studio for broadcast into meeting rooms, as well as separate phone system. Provided home rental support while staff members were living on Buck Hill property
