Professional Experience

Production Operations Manager, Acumen Detection, LLC., Syracuse, NY November 2015 – Present Responsibilities include oversight of production operations and compliance with related quality processes. Manages production materials and schedule to maintain product inventory for timely delivery of customer orders, establishes strong vendor relationships for procurement of resources, and supports business development efforts. Selected achievements:

• Involved in establishing Acumen Detection, LLC, a wholly-owned SRC, Inc commercial entity for selling chem/bio products resulting in sales to the Dept. of Defense, FBI, PNNL (DHS), MRIGlobal, BioMatrix and Ansera Analytics

• Involved in establishing and re-assessing competitive commercial pricing for proprietary assay products by evaluating cost drivers (e.g., labor, material and overhead operating costs) and market value
