Scope of business: Responsible for the restructuring and managing the whole department of engineering and following the process of fusion between these two companies (Ipoã & Raiza), with the responsibility for hiring new engineers and interns, coordinating the process of quality certification (ISO 9000) through development of all technical and system procedures, developing all business projects and budgeting, managing a team of Supply Chain and engineers at the central office and in all site constructions and managing a team of post construction technical assistance for clients.
