Involved in estimating the cost of the construction of a two story residential building - Calculating the total cost of construction. Estimating the total cost of land, plan, design, materials, permits, labors and equipment cost.

Burris Pump Station Phase 2- Owner/Client - Worked on Demolition of existing Burris Pump Station, located in City of Anaheim, County of Orange, California. Worked on the analysis scrapper and truck production rate which reduces the cost and duration of the project.

Design and Analysis of Gutter bridge-Project refers to the bridge that is being laid with a distance of 212kms. The proposed highway is a four lane highway and the bridge is been with respect to the center line of the four lanes.

Designing the five-story office building- with all the design categories foundation, columns, beams, slabs (one-way slab) and shear walls. It also aimed to design maximum parking spaces within the structural scheme everything followed from ACI code.

Construction of a single-family housing complex-managed by United Construction under the supervision of WHR Architects Inc. An agreed upon contract type by both parties will be a lump sum contract which contain the global price instead of bidding individual items. The contract type matches with this type of project. This contract is normally used in the construction industry to reduce design and contract admission costs. WHR Architects Inc. will be making monthly payments based upon the percentage of work completed.
