Maintained a proactive approach to user support by initiating effective information science techniques which allowed for solid knowledge transfer with the user population.

Administered multiple database migrations starting with SQL Server 6.0 and ending with SQL Server 2008 R2 including recovery from a few major security breaches at the university.

Improved the efficiency of the previous database architecture, developed, maintained, and debugged thousands of lines of dynamically coded Internet applications with SQL/Access backend databases for information dissemination.

Established multiple web reports containing statistics information for main websites with an average of 3000 hits a month using Symantec Webtrends and Google Analytics.

Administered major dynamic website migration working with an outside consultant to construct an ASP.NET site with Microsoft SQL server backend. At each critical release performed multiple “smoke tests” for quality assurance on the working model of the site and guided the process to completion.

Designed / Configured an SQL data solution for a high performance dell workstation on a secure LAN for large data set 60 Gigabyte in size. This solution involved SQL Server 2014 and an external RAID 5 array with tiered security policies to make sure the data analyst had the necessary access to the SQL data but not control of the database itself.
