Team lead for fourteen years for two Enhanced Combat Readiness (ECR) HAWK Systems. Responsible for all equipment assigned to be fully functional.

Diagnosed, isolated, and corrected system malfunctions and interfaced with other work groups to plan and design system modifications and upgrades as required.
