ACADAMIC PROJECTS

Utilization of “MEMBRANE BIO-REACTOR” technique in dairy waste. It was fully sponsored by college. It was submitted as degree project: In this project we have studied manufacturing of lactic acid using polysulfonine spiral wound membrane. The bacteria used is Rhyzobus.

Manufacturing of ”MIXED-FERTILIZERS”. It is useful for increasing crop yield: The fertilizers mainly contains N,P,K components by testing soil,The proportion of this component in fertilizer is decided.It increases the fertility of soil. By knowing the properties of soil the state of fertilizers and feeding condition is decided.

CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES ANDACHIEVEMENTS

Industrial training in EXCEL industries,LotheParshuram M.I.D.C,Chiplun: The main product is SPCP(Sodium pentachloro-phenate),Codex. We have seen RND section were primary expirement of manufacturing is done as well as seen zero influent plant. We have also study the safety measures and uitilities such as Boiler,Cooling tower,Nitrogen plant etc.

Industrial training in Vasantdadapatil sugar factory, Madhavnagar, Sangli: In this training we studied manufacturing of sugar,Which includes Mechanical operations such as Size reduction,Filtration,Vaporization,Crystallisation etc.

Industrial training in Aqua solutions, khotwadi, Ichalkaranji: In this training we deals with different types of waste water by checking pH and components present in it,Then process of treating is decided.
