Project deals with assessment of the existing facility layout, Product mix segmentation, Re-layout of existing facility to improve material flow, Detailed design of manufacturing cell, shop floor communication system for JIT flow, Demand forecasting, Production planning and control, Finite capacity scheduling, and Performance measurement using Production Flow Analysis Simplification Tool Kit (PFAST) software.

Design and Fabrication of an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) BAJA SAE INDIA 2011. Designing using CATIA V.6 Analysis using ANSYS V.12 and Fabrication of the ATV which competed against 100 teams from throughout India.
