Oversaw all finance functions for a Canadian owned and operated professional recruitment company. Hired to make effective changes to get timely financial information, manage cash flow and make the process improvement necessary to gain efficiencies within the department and the business. Overall responsible for all financial reporting, banking compliance, external financial reviews, internal payroll of 50+ and 600+ weekly temporary payroll, & mentored a staff of 9 employees.
