Areas of Expertise

Project and Sales Management

Manage daily operational aspects of inquiries, quotations and scope.

Create a new customers and projects.

Follow up and discuss with the contractors, consultants and clients to meet their requirements in accordance with our commercial and technical offer, and get the projects orders (LPO).

Create project plans and follow up with the Consultants and Clients for approvals. Discuss with them as well on any site problems.

Follow up with the team to provide the materials, shop drawings and technical submittals; follow up for the consultant and local authorities’ approval such as DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, FEWA.

Monitor ongoing activities of the projects and implement corrective measures if delays are detected or foreseen. Maintain project cost control and analyze variances against budget.

Provide technical direction to the Project Engineers, the Estimation and design team to ensure timely delivery of projects requirements.

Monitor adherence of the subordinates to company safety and quality standards as per set procedures.

Evaluate the project required materials as per the approved technical submittal and follow up to ensure its availability to avoid any undue delays on the project.

Liaise with the projects engineers and managers to facilitate timely delivery of material requirements at the site. .

Prepare monthly forecast for the planed in hand projects.

Keep following up with the contractor to record and keep a log of all activities and developments on the project site to facilitate any claims or extensions required.

Uphold outstanding relation management and communication skills having ability to network with client, project members, consultants, contractors, and statutory agencies.

Electrical Engineering

Serve as point of contact for switchgear and control panels supply works from contract award stage to project completion.

Report on the progress of orders and projects activities as directed by the Divison and general Manager.

Supervise team of technical staff and provide guidance towards problem resolution.

Resolve operational problems on daily basis and initiate measures to improve methods, equipment performance

and quality of work. Steer initiatives of maintaining the professional work standards as per set specifications.

Technical & General Management

Representing the organization in all related projects, clients and act on behalf of the organization's executive director in his absence.

Hold the responsibilities for strategic operational planning and management of all aspects including staff, contracts, targets and budgets for the projects and sales activities under his department.

Implementing the human resources policies, procedures and practices of the
