I am working as an engineer in machine building division with more than years of experience with graduation in Automobile engineering. Since I have handled so many projects in Automation and chain parts manufacturing machine. Over 2 years of training and experience in machine assembly, erection & commissioning, maintenance and service.

L.G.BALAKRISHNAN&BROS.LTD is a leading chain and sprocket manufacturers in India. For in-house facilities, we are building customized machines. We are able to make simple automation in all areas of manufacturing process.

We made Packing automation machine for chain kit packing to reduce man power and manual error. In that, we have done automatic pick and place for chain and semi-kit assembly. Automatic chain folding, packing and kit box folding machine is also incorporated.

We went to pant nagar, Uttaranchal for erection and commissioning.

We made Online greasing machine to apply grease in the chain to give better performance at manesar, Delhi.

We explain 2D drawings with the help of 3D drawings and Components are made at vendor end. Assembly is done at machine building division and we allocate the work to the technicians depends upon individual.

After successful trails, erection and commissioning is done at intra plant.
