Preceptorship - Extensive experience in primary-care clinics with more than 600 clinical hours of diagnosing and treatment modalities, for the adult and pediatric patients. Team Leader- supervision of staff and patients in a 46 bed transitional unit, collaborate patient-care with MD’s, ARNP’s and RRT’s, delegate patient care among RN's and LPN’s based on level of knowledge and skills.

Preceptor- supervision, training, and mentoring of critical care interns, new staff nurses, and nurses from other ICU’s.
