Preceptorship - Extensive experience in primary-care clinics with more than 600 clinical hours of diagnosing and treatment modalities, for the adult and pediatric patients. Total clinical hours consists of more than 180 hours of gynecology, and approximately 110 hours of pediatric clinical experiences. Team Leader- supervision of staff and patients in a 46 bed transitional unit, collaborate patient-care with MD’s, ARNP’s and RRT’s, delegate patient care among RN's and LPN’s based on level of knowledge and skills.

Preceptor- supervision, training, and mentoring of critical care interns, new staff nurses, and nurses from other ICU’s.
