As a ENGINEER in Plant worked for Production Deptt. Localization projects and To Drive and Demonstrate CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT (KAIZEN CULTURE) journey from Top to Bottom across the plant to improve the Productivity Quality Cost Delivery Safety.

Job Responsibility

Planning to meet the production plan on the month end and that too in the organized way.

Project management for new product.

Installation of new machines.

Knowledge about documentation of like PFD, Control Plan.

Identifying various inputs in the projects with key focus on LINE BALANCING during Production.

Responsible for problem solving Techniqe during production.

Poka Yoke Installation for the product, material handling improvements,tool identification etc.

Specification should meet costumer requirement.
