This project focused in the Lobby, pool and partial basement remodeling that includes about 10,000 square feet of construction. This project focused in the demolition all old finished and create new space of lobby, administrative office and finished of the pool, basement and lobby.

May 2014-March 2015

Project Manager Engineer for construction of Plaza Del Carmen Diagnostic and Treatment Center in Corozal. This project focused in the construction Regional Emergency Center that includes about 5,000 square feet of construction. The second project is Alco High Tech Plastic in Corozal. This project focused in the expansion of the factory.

December 2011-April 2014

Administrator Manager for Monserrate Rivera Flores Farm. Encourage rearing broilers in a proper way so that the chickens are a high performance feed intake in proportion to the pounds of meat produced.

August 2011

Project Manager Engineer for construction of El Coqui Landfill in Humacao for a cost of half million dollars. This project focused in the final cover and includes earth movement, construction down chute, rip rap, drop structure, culvert structure and concrete channel. The owner of the project is Waste Management.

2008-2010

Project Manager Engineer for construction of Municipal Coliseum and Performance Center in Maunabo, Puerto Rico for a cost of over six million dollars. This project focused on the construction of a multipurpose sport facility that has the capacity for 2,000 to 2,500 seated persons. The construction included bleachers, snack area, security area, storage area and recreational public area. In addition, a new parking area was constructed with the capacity of 200 vehicles.

2008-2010

Project Manager Engineer for construction of Francisco Rosario Paoli Stadium in Maunabo, Puerto Rico for a cost of over five million dollars. This project was based on constructing a new sports facility with the capacity for 2,000 seated persons. The construction included bleachers, administration area, service area, cafeteria and sport bar area, store, storage area and recreational public area. In addition, the parking area was also expanded for the capacity of 500 vehicles.

2008

Project Manager Engineer for construction of Rafael López Landrón High School in Guayama, Puerto Rico for a cost of over one million dollars. This project consists in remodeling and expanding the school lunchroom that served approximately 800 students. Application of materials to the 14,000 square feet building with the purpose of achieving a waterproof structure.

2004-2006

Project Supervisor & Estimating for construction of Miguel Melendez Muñoz High School in Cayey, Puerto Rico for a cost of over four million dollars. This project was based in the construction of new regular classrooms, special education classrooms, and lunchroom. Demolition and construction of drop-off area. Remodeling of basketball and volleyball court.
