John Deere is running since 175 years who manufactures tractors and other automobiles for agriculture and other fields. They are one of the legends in US manufacturing such products. It is manging its own IT infrastructure which is well capitalized, stabilized and resourced across the globe. I am one of the resources out of 20 who is responsible for high availability support particularly Backup and storage infrastructure for JOHN DEERE for their 300+ physical devices. Resposible to take backup of clients using sysmantecNetbackup( Level 3 support) and also Supporting ( Level 2) Netapp Storage Infrastructure for global customers by 24/7 support


Providing 3rd level and end to end complete support for Net backup environment.

Configuring backups such as Installations, upgrades, commissioning of Master / Media and clients ( NBU) and decommissioning of Media and client servers.

Performance monitoring and Fine Tuning of NB Servers and clients.

Configure and troubleshooting issues tape, drives and libraries.

Experienced by configuring and troubleshooting in PUREDISK and MSDP

Knowledge of running maintenance job / Space reclamation on MSDP / Puredisk appliance
