1.Petrophysicist:
Continuously utilizes strong engineering and technical knowledge; integrates all informations available (mudlogging, wireline operations, geology then apply to all given tasks as a Petrophysicist to optimize formation evaluation work, support drilling in exploration, development
and horizontal wells where applicable, make real time recommendation to the asset team for optimal formation evaluation solutions.
Quicklook evaluate pay count while drilling in platforms to support the asset team making decision such as shallow hazards, well completion, correlation, taking formation pressure, perforation strategy, shorten TD in other batches It saves rig time, make right and quick decisions.
Support, QA/QC data, and ensure the formation evaluation work (rock properties, lithology, clay content, porosity, hydrocarbon saturation and hydrocarbon content) completed on time and at the required quality.
Propose cost-effective logging program for Exploration, Appraisal and Development wells .
Update to the team new technologies, methods from companies, vendors into formation evaluation and initiate applications in current platforms.
Propose low cost solution, evaluate of unconventional wells (high inclination, bad hole condition,…) or unstable wells in which we couldn’t obtain a full or partial set of OH log, to add more pays and reserves.
On 24 hrs call to prepare and discuss pressure program with the asset team’s Geologist and Petroleum Engineer to get pressure faster, following SOP to obtain more valid points and achieve their objectives.
Work with the asset team (PE, Geologist) to agree on the perforation strategy in ICR (Integrated Completion Review) meeting based on OH log evaluation and Cement Bond analysis. And join the lookback meeting at the end of project for final review, discussions, sharing experience and Lessons Learned.
Participate in peer review of formation evaluation of other platforms.
Practice in the utilization of downhole logs, LOT/FIT, MDT's data in pore pressure prediction and real time optimization projects.
Being the primary contact with logging vendors regarding any issues with data. Participate in evaluating contractors bids for MWD/LWD and Wireline loggings.
Mentor or train new hired ES, young experience Petrophysicists. To be active members of societies such as: SPE, SPLWA, Formation Evaluation
Join in courses such as: Fundamental of Formation Evaluation, Basic Reservoir Management, Pore Pressure prediction and Geomechanics
2.Operation Geologist:
In charge of cross functional 24/7 communication (the main point of contact) between the asset team and drilling to provide operational advice and feedback. Ensure all the technical standard and requirement (WFO, SOP, Best Practise for a safe drilling and reliable formation evaluation work are satisfied. Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of project management.
Daily contact with wellsite Geologist to discuss ongoing activity as well as any operationally related issues, tools/equipments mobilization,.…
Advice and discuss many issues about data, daily reports with Wellsite Geologist to ensure the company objectives concerning accuracy, timely flow of data from the rig are met.
Participate in the asset team to perform pre-spud and 90 days lookback meetings: summarize lessons learned to share across assets.
Liase with other Operation Geologist on wellsite assignments. Evaluation/rating wellsite Geologist performance based on established KPI.
Concurrently, train and mentor new Wellsite Geologist regarding logging operation, drilling, mudlogging and field evaluation on a well by well basis for continuous improvement.

Job Descriptions:
Responsible for operating wireline activities (open hole and cased hole) in shallow and deep water (offshore), desert, forest. Ensure that customer requirements are met by maintaining a high standard of professionalism, service quality, and safety in the performance of completion operations.
Performed both zero offset and non-zero offset VSP operations.
Interpreted well logging data and tool performance to ensure log quality, accuracy and consistency.
Performed quick log interpretation to provide preliminary petrophysical evaluation for subsequent operational decisions:
-Good experience of interpreting open hole well log data of shaly-sands, carbonate.
-Interpreted FMI image to determine sedimentary features and bedding trends.
-Cased hole log analysis experience acquisition and data analysis. Evaluate production logs (CHFR, RST, PLT), monitor and interprets fluid movement in the reservoir. Provide operational and technical support for cement evaluation logging (CBL-VDL/ USIT).
-MDT/XPT (Formation Tester) supervision and interpretation perform the pressure plot for calculate the gradient and identify the reservoir fluid type, fluid density, OWC. And comparison between different wells to investigate the depleted wells and connections between different reservoir section.
