2015/ I was employed for this company for 2 weeks building the new Polaris atv factory. I was hired as structure welder/fabricator

2015/ I worked here for 1 month assembling steel safe rooms and tornado shelters which required a lot of precise measuring, cutting, and mig welding

2005-2015/ I worked starting my way from the lowest position up to a management position over 10 years. I did everything from food prep, to cooking and smoking all the meats. I assigned daily task to the fellow cooks that worked under me. I had to make sure there was enough food being coked for the next day as well. Duties to include the daily preparation of BBQ Pork, Beef, Chicken, Turkey, and Ribs.
