2013 – Present Infrastructure Engineer / Senior Device Engineer, Service Experts

Deployed, configured the primary corporate firewall and network architecture devices in the datacenter to include Cisco, Fortigate and VM hardware as well as security devices at individual center to include secured wireless Meraki and Meraki Switch devices. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining all facets of the corporate data network to include security and PCI compliance. Physical as well as virtual server farm, printer network across 183 centers across North America. New satellite office system configuration, functional testing, capacity testing and acceptance testing. Updated and deployed software and hardware to centers as well as the Data Center. Extensive datacenter, BGP, OSPF, Cisco IOS, firewall configuration, maintenance and daily monitoring experience and DNS / AD to include corporate and group policies, VPN and IPSEC tunnels for external vendors. Utilized monitoring and database management systems to perform remote command and control functions, notifications and dispatches, troubleshooting, provisioning and restorative activities for all network backbone equipment, transmission and software. Performed network outage isolation, customer notification, traffic restoration/switching on various long-haul, metro ring and digital radio devices.
