• Title:

Implementation of Soft IP of Interlaken Protocol for networking applications.

• Organisation:

CDAC ACTS, Pune.

• Description:

As technology evolves the need of high speed, high- bandwidth and reliable interface is a prime requirement of any system. As a result of such needs CISCO systems comes up with a unique solution under the name of Interlaken. Interlaken is an interconnect protocol optimized for high-bandwidth and reliable packet transfer. The idea is to implement soft IP of Interlaken Protocol which will be in the form of RTL design.

B. E. Project:-

• Title:

The Personal Biomedical Signal Measurement Device.

• Organisation:

Greenovative Energy Solutions, Pune.

• Description:

The device will be used for observing ill persons during absence of supervisor. In this device two non-invasive measurements are done: ECG and oxy-meter. The base of the device is the Butterfly kit. Two additional circuits were created. One for ECG measurement, the other for measuring oxygen level. A GSM module can be connected to the device to send this information to respective person via SMS.

B. E. Mini Project:-

• Title:

Line Follower Robot.

• Description:

It is a robotic vehicle which is able to follow a predefined path. It is following the black line on white background. It is very useful in moving the object in a company from one to other location on a predetermine track.

Diploma Project:-

• Title:

Home Automation and Security Based System.

• Description:

The basic concept of this project is to control home appliances such as light ON/OFF, controlling light intensity in room, and additionally password security to open the door was provided. For controlling light intensity LDR is used as sensor and for ON/OFF the light IR sensors and a counter were used. The controller used here was 8051. Skillset:-

• Software’s:

Cadence Virtuoso, Cadence Encounter, Matlab, Tanner EDA Tools, Xilinx ISE, ModelSim, MicroWind, Keil, AVR Studio 4.

C, VHDL, Verilog HDL.
