When there was a connectivity problem or a programming issue, it was repair immediately as during employment there was no need for any Tier specialist escalation because I was goes to Tech savvy employee. In many cases during the various employments the Tier level technicians came to me to consult my skills or teach me even more skills. I did not just solve the issues but I also taught customers how fix simple issues themselves from a broken key to connectivity issues.
