Job Description.

Ensured Timely resolution of queries and issues with Sim Basic registration Officers, Distribution Partners and Trade Key Accounts who are involved in the simreg project.

Technical support on client operating systems,basic computing applications computer hardware peripherals.

Installation of software, configuration and troubleshooting SIM Registration applications like Extend Client, Extend Polling Engine, Extend Database(SQL) and Unicap.

Troubleshooting computer hardware, operating systems, Microsoft office suites,Lyncs and other applications.

Setup, configurations and management of IP phones.

Second level Support for Oracle ERP application and TABS Customer Service application).

Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.

Supporting users in person, over the phone and using remote desktop tools (Microsoft Lync 2010, Remote Desktop and Teamviewer.)

Configuration and support of the printer server over the network.
