Experience:
May, 2015 – November 2015 LINC Richmond, VA
Administrative Services Manager
Working at The Legal Information Network for Cancer I write procedures used at LINC for Client intake and data base entry, in an effort to standardize and improve the procedure. I also improved and automated the process for creating and running queries for monthly and yearly reports using Donor Pro software and excel. The result is a more efficient way to generate reports for management. These documents will serve as training material for employees. I also organize and run the monthly ‘Life Document Planning’ providing clients with an opportunity to meet with local lawyers Pro Bono to generate a Will, Power of Attorney and Advanced Medical Directive.
October, 1997 – May, 2015 Intel Corporation Chandler, AZ
Process/Equipment Engineer
Working in Thin Films and Metrology areas during fab start up and sustaining roles, I have collaborated with technicians, vendors and other engineers to transfer technology from development to a high volume manufacturing. This involved working with a diverse work force to install and qualify tools in a timely manner and ramp up production. All procedures were documented in specs, data collected, and White Papers generated to ensure start-up was completed in the approved manner. Working with technician’s area Specs, and training materials were developed to aid in the maintenance and repair of equipment. I have a strong understanding of data base querying and analyzing, such as SQL and Access. I have led diverse teams as well as worked independently, consistently demonstrating the ability prioritize and coordinate work activity to complete tasks in a timely manner.
May 1996 – October, 1997 Lucent Technologies Orlando, Florida
Bell Labs Senior Technical Associate
CVD tungsten process tool responsibilities included qualification, data collection, and summary report to evaluate and recommend CVD tungsten tool selection for future manufacturing. Rapid Thermal Processing tool modification for process development work was completed with suppliers support. In this position I worked closely with suppliers from Applied Materials, Novellus, and AST to meet development needs. This included managing daily activities of engineering techs and outside suppliers. I was also involved in negotiating future equipment supplier contract needs.
May, 1994 – May, 1996 Intel Corporation Albuquerque, NM
Engineering Technician
Developed Novellus CVD tungsten and Watkin Johnson, ILD0 operations, maintenance and process training material, and documented procedures in the spec. The documents were used to train engineers and techs in area to operate, maintain and troubleshoot the tools. Working with my peers, edits where made to specs to improve the documentation. White Papers were generated as needed to document tool and process changes and standardize process and equipment procedures across manufacturing sites.
July, 1977 – May, 1994 IBM East Fishkill, NY
Engineering Technician
As a facilities technician I worked on building maintenance systems including power distribution panels, low voltage security systems, HVAC, and clean room stations. I then worked as an engineering technician on equipment in both manufacturing and lab environments collection data to develop and improve the CVD Tungsten process. I was also involved in tool selection for future CVD Tungsten manufacturing tools.
