oActive Directory account creation, maintenance and file security. Hardware and Software installation, updates, version tracking and backup. Folder structure planning and implementation. HP and Cisco switch management, password resets, virus remediation, and file system backups.

oProvide maintenance and break/fix repair on HP physical servers and NAS data storage, Virtual servers with Hyper-V, PDUs, switched network, wireless APs, desktop and laptop computers and network printers. Perform daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance (PMs) on vessel systems.
