WORK EXPERIENCE

Director of Project/Program Management / Business Development WOLFPAC LLC - Founder/President - Orlando, FL - 2002 to Present Professional Services company focused in O&G and Government markets with project performance in the US, Asia and Latin American providing Business & IT Project Management Services. My main responsibilities are to perform and manage all facets of the project capture cycle from contact to contract and ensuring “on-time and in-budget” delivery. Fully responsible for all business operations; executing national and international strategies designed to expand existing business opportunities. My IT Project Management experience includes full SDLC on Client/Server and Cloud based platforms; RDMS design using Oracle, Access and SQL Server. LAN/WAN design with cable, fiber optics and wireless operating locally and across the enterprise. I have a good working knowledge of Object Oriented (OOP) and Logic Based programming languages. I am highly proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, and MS Project. I have a good understanding of GL Accounting, Fixed Asset and ERP systems. Business Services included working with clients in the energy, power, chemicals, metals and mining and alternative energy fields leveraging my experience in cross-border transactions, advising on a range of complex transactions in this increasingly sensitive and crucial sector. Working on a range of financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity and debt financings, commodity hedging, joint venture restructurings and financial investments.

My International work as has given me a unique understanding how to resolve multicultural conflicts affecting the supply chain and the ability to enter difficult situations, asses and present realistic solutions. EDUCATION
