Overall supervision and monitor the subcontractor construction/Installation works and ensures compliance with the project drawing/specification and requirements.

Subcontractors Progress monitoring (daily, weekly and monthly)

instrumentation works according to Client and advance scheduling of instrumentation jobs before initiating work activities

Project management activities, monitoring, inspection and approval of construction work during erection stage

Pre Commissioning & Commissioning Phase

Overall supervision and monitor the Pre commissioning Commissioning subcontractor works and ensures compliance with the project drawing/specification and requirements.

Meeting / Coordination Consultant / Owner in order to discuss Technical issues, changes in specification, Project Progress etc.
