Work Experience

Presently working with RDK INTERNATIONAL QATAR WLL as a Sr. Lighting Engineer (Project & Sales) since October 2012 to till date. My Role and Job Responsibility:

Maintain & build relationships with Engineering Consultants, Architects, Contractors and End Clients to determine and create business opportunities.

Brand Development - Create awareness of the organization’s product portfolio in the market by meeting clients regularly.

Provided lighting solutions for commercial indoor, outdoor, retail, landscape and industrial lighting.

Carry out regular Techno – Commercial discussions and negotiations with Engineering Contractors & Project Owners and successfully finalize contracts.

Work closely with Engineering Consultants and End Clients to get the products/solutions specified in projects as well as approved vendor's list for upcoming and current tenders/projects.

Update and maintain project pipeline and clientele information in the organization’s CRM software.

Done designing using Lighting design software’s like “Dialux”, “Dialux evo2” and provide a BOQ using “Excel” and “AutoCAD’’.

Preparing the 3d rendering images, Lux Calculations for the Consultants and clients and also providing the perspective view images using Photoshop CS5.

Collaborated with (team/ departments) to ensure smooth work-flow and efficient organization operations. Worked overtime, including evenings and weekends to meet the deadlines.

Successfully coordinated with manufacturers, warehouse and logistics team during the delivery period with developing delivery logs and preparing packing lists.

Worked with MEP contractors (Sepam, Trags, Bemco, Elucid, CGC & QD-SBG) during installation and commissioning of light fixtures.

Worked with Consultants (Hyder, MZP, KEO, Parsons & AEB) for material approvals and Submittals.
