Various responsibilities regarding computer networks, including setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, desktop support, video conferencing, and VOIP.
Set up and maintained more than 20 networks, usually with 80-120 users, but capable of going as high as 400 users. Every network involved the setup of a Windows Server, either 2003 or 2008, including an Exchange Server. Every network also involved the configuration of several Cisco Switches and Routers, along with VOIP phones to go with them.
Created and maintained several print servers for aforementioned networks.
